We can, of course, actively choose to do something differently sometimes but we all have a natural behaviour pattern that we prefer and that works best for us. That is why personality is an important issue when recruiting and developing.
 
 
16PF (16 Personality Factors) is a personality test that is well-known internationally and designed on the basis of a factor analysis from a great number of personality descriptions. The analysis has resulted in 16 fundamental personality traits that provide a detailed and balanced picture of your personality. The result is also summarised in 5 global scales, which provide a more general and wider picture.
