Job Stress Survey - JSS

The instrument, Job Stress Survey™ – JSS, provides a general measurement of stress at work. You can quickly and easily administer JSS for employees within different occupations and at different levels.
 
The instrument measures the frequency and intensity of stress and also provides information on whether it is being caused by work as such or by phenomena involving a lack of support from superiors and colleagues or by the organisation’s policies and procedures.
 
JSS can be used at an individual level and to identify stressors for groups of employees within the same organisation.
