It is very difficult to get an idea of ability at an employment interview. It has proved to be the case that there is not much of a connection between an experienced assessor’s perception of a candidate’s general ability and results from measurements through psychological instruments. For this reason, ability tests are an important complement to other industrial psychological methods.

Bedömning av Kritiskt Tänkande (Assessing Critical Thinking) – measures a person’s ability to analyse and think logically. The test measures skills that are often used by decision-makers, such as the ability to identify weak arguments, false assumptions, illogical conclusions and dubious deductions.
