FIRO-B

FIRO-B shows our way of interacting with others. The instrument provides knowledge of people’s various interpersonal needs and how these are reflected in communication and cooperation with others. FIRO-B also shows how we are perceived by others, what could be sources of conflict, how we communicate and which working environments best suit us. Dynamics in working groups and teams can be explained and developed easily and in pedagogic terms by means of the concepts in FIRO-B. This instrument is a good compliment to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
