Ability tests provide an idea of a person’s intellectual ability and are the selection method that best and most accurately predict success in work, particularly if we measure so-called general aptitude. For this reason, ability tests are often used in recruitment and personal assessment.
 
 
BasIQ® is based on modern research on ability and measures general ability. The test also provides information on verbal, spatial and numerical ability in accordance with the hierarchic ability model.
